It emphasises the power of thoughts, beliefs, and mindset in influencing emotions, behaviour, and overall well-being. The theory suggests that by adopting positive thinking patterns, regulating emotions, and practicing self-care, individuals can strengthen their mental resilience and experience greater psychological well-being.

The aim of practicing mind over matter is to cultivate a positive mindset, enhance emotional well-being, and develop resilience in the face of challenges. It involves managing emotions, reducing stress, and prioritising self-care to support mental and emotional well-being. The goal is to promote a healthy mindset and improve overall quality of life.
